Bay Geeks wants to ensure the best quality possible for all of our work. Your input is necessary so that we can produce a website that meets your needs and objectives.

Consultation

To get a clear understanding of your website objectives, a Bay Geeks consultant will meet with you for a 2-3 hour consultation session. Before our scheduled consultation, we ask that you complete a Profile Worksheet containing questions to form an outline of your website. This worksheet can either be completed online, or you may print it and fax it to us, or even mail it. We will also send you a copy of a Service Agreement outlining all expectations for your website design and the terms and conditions of our services to you.

Upon receipt of the Profile Worksheet and the signed Service Agreement, Bay Geeks will begin the design of your site. The 2-3 hour consultation session will be scheduled allowing for us to discuss with you basic strategies for the design and also marketing tips to make your web presence known.

Production

Bay Geeks requires that you send us an electronic file of the text and images you want to display on your site. You may send a non-digital file such as fax or mail, however additional charges will apply for the work to be digitized. Based on the information we receive from you, along with your Profile worksheet, we will build a rough draft of your site and present it to you during our consultation meeting. Along with the basic design, we will present different options you can chose from and a wide range of colors, fonts and backgrounds. Once a design has been agreed upon, we will publish your site for the public to view!

Marketing

Although you may have the greatest website design, this by itself cannot guarantee success. You may want to consider our Marketing Packages in conjunction with your basic design to promote your site on the web. The marketing possibilities on the internet are infinite! If you plan on going national with your business, there's no better way to do it, the internet provides a powerful link to new markets!

Updates

Because all of our packages include a low monthly-maintenance and hosting fee, you will be entitled to updates! Updates that exceed a half hour of work, will incur additional costs outlined in our Pricing page.
